2025 Advance – Finding the Truth That Sets You Free
In Pilgrim’s Progress, John Bunyan describes a scene in a town called Vanity, where there was a fair called Vanity Fair. When the pilgrims, Christian and Faithful, refused the many things being sold in Vanity Fair, the people ask them, “What will you buy?” Their answer… “We buy truth.”
There has never been a more important time for firm foundations in Scripture, even as some people simply do not want to hear the Truth. In this study we go back to the early days of JOA and focus on 3 foundational truths, sometimes called a 3-legged stool:
- Uncommon Communion with God
- Radical Obedience to God’s Word
- Absolute Surrender to God’s Will
We gain practical help and come to realize that God planned for us to live in these days when the world is filled with lies. We are here on purpose!
