Our Mission

Faithfully teaching God’s Word to women that they may know the joy of abiding in Christ and produce spiritual fruit that remains.

Our Vision

To glorify God by loving, teaching and discipling women in the Truth and sending them into the world.

Statement of Faith

The Absolute Sovereignty of God

God is the one true God, the sovereign creator of the universe, Who has ordained and allows everything that happens (1 Chronicles 29:11-12).  He is in absolute control and “works all things after the counsel of His will” (Ephesians 1:11b).  God is eternal, completely holy, righteous, just and unchanging.  He chooses and redeems His people, forgiving their sins and adopting them as children, to the praise and glory of His grace (Ephesians 1:4-7).

The Condition of Man

Man was created in the image of God but, because of the fall, man is born in sin, spiritually dead and in need of a Savior.  There is none righteous, not even one (Romans 3:10).  All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

The Triune God

God is one God and reveals Himself in three Persons functioning in complete unity; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

The Father is the Source of all things, the One who determines and decrees. (Isaiah 14:24).

The Son accomplishes the Father’s decrees and became the Sacrificial Lamb to redeem His people (Titus 2:14).He took on flesh (John 1:14), lived a sinless life, died, rose again, and ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of God and is Head over the Church (Ephesians 1:19-23).  He makes intercession for His people (Romans 8:34), and He will come again to receive them to Himself (John 14:3).

The Holy Spirit draws those being saved to God, indwells believers, sanctifies their bodies as living temples of God (1 Corinthians 6:19) and enables them to live victoriously. The Holy Spirit inspired the writing of Scripture and teaches God’s people to understand and believe the Word of God (John 14:26).

The Supremacy and Exclusivity of Jesus

Jesus Christ is the Messiah foretold in Holy Scripture and the only source of salvation (John 1:29).  He is the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Jesus (John 14:6). He is the head of the church and in everything has supremacy (Colossians 1:17-18).

The Eternal Security of the Believer

Eternal security is promised to those redeemed by God, through justifying (saving) faith in Jesus Christ (John 10:27-30). Evidence of justifying faith is a changed life, as the Holy Spirit accomplishes His work of sanctification and transformation from light to greater light (John 17:17; Romans 12:1-2)

The Inspired, Inerrant, Infallible Word of God

God is the author of Scripture (2 Peter 1:21). The Bible is the Word of God and is the divine record of God’s revelation of Himself to His people. It is fully trustworthy, infallible and without error in its original writing. “AllScripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

The Centrality of Prayer

Prayer is to be central in all areas of the Christian life (John 14:12-14; Ephesians 6:18; 1 John 5:14).

The Great Commission Mandate

Christians are sent out by Christ to take the Gospel into the world and teach obedience to God’s Word (Matthew 28:19-20).

Bible Teacher
Delaine Blackwell

God saved Delaine when she was just a little girl and has placed within her an insatiable love for His Word and a passion for teaching women. She currently leads a weekly Bible study that reaches women throughout the midlands of South Carolina. She has led study tours, Bible teaching conferences for missionaries and their children and evangelistic efforts internationally. Since discovering II Timothy 1:7, she daily turns from a victim’s life of fear and unbelief to follow God’s high call, wherever it may take her. Watching God transform the lives of women by the power of His Spirit and His Living Word is the thrill of her life. She is convinced that when you disciple a woman, you disciple the world.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear;
but of power, and of love and of a sound mind.
II Timothy 1:7

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in Thy sight O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
